Every NeonQueer piece is made to order — printed, checked, and dispatched just for you. That keeps waste low and quality high, but it means a short production window before your order ships.
Orders enter production straight after your order confirmation and are typically produced within 2–5 business days. During new drops or holiday peaks this may extend slightly — we'll keep you updated by email.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves production. Items in the same order may ship separately from different production facilities — you'll get tracking for each parcel, at no extra cost to you.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart. Any free-shipping promotions are applied automatically at checkout.
Orders shipped outside the UK/EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us via our contact page with your order number (and a photo, if damaged). We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we can't take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll always do our best to help.
