I’m an East London graphic designer, creative troublemaker and the founder of NeonQueer.

For more than 30 years, I’ve been turning ideas into things people can see, touch, wear and occasionally argue about. NeonQueer is where all that experience collides with queer culture, filthy humour, beautiful objects and an unreasonable amount of colour.

My aim is simple: to create things that make queer people feel seen, make ordinary spaces feel less ordinary and make the world just a little harder to ignore.

The truth is, I’m a 53-year-old queer man with an iPad, a head full of ideas and absolutely no intention of becoming quieter, safer or more tasteful with age.

After decades spent creating for other people, NeonQueer is me starting again—and finally building the colourful, funny, provocative world I wanted to see.

We deserve objects that feel like us: loud, tender, sexy, ridiculous, defiant, beautifully made and completely unapologetic.
NeonQueer turns that energy into neon wall art, prints, clothing, accessories and unexpected things for your home. 

Some pieces will make you smile. Some might make your mother ask questions. That’s rather the point.

I follow instinct, make a glorious mess, change my mind, push things too far and occasionally discover something brilliant in the wreckage.

I’m old school enough to believe in ideas, drawing and getting your hands dirty—but curious enough to throw new technology, AI and every available creative tool into the mix.

NeonQueer is not about following the rules of good taste.

It’s about creating your own.

I develop the artwork and creative direction here in East London, working with a small group of talented people and specialist makers to turn those ideas into real things.
