Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work — in line with UK and EU consumer law.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal (UK & EU)

If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us via our contact page within that window with your order number, stating clearly that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
  • We'll refund the full price of the returned items plus standard outbound shipping within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of return), to your original payment method.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, underwear (e.g. boxer shorts) can only be returned if unworn, in its original sealed packaging. Products that have been personalised or custom-made to your own specification (e.g. custom neon signs made to your design) are exempt from the right of withdrawal under UK/EU law — but they're always covered against faults, damage, and printing errors.

Faulty, damaged, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll replace it or refund you in full — including shipping — at no cost to you. Under UK and EU law you also have a legal guarantee covering defects that appear within at least two years of delivery; nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights.

Exchanges

Because every piece is printed to order, we handle exchanges as a return + new order: return the original item under the policy above and place a fresh order for the size or design you want — or contact us and we'll help sort it.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us via our contact page with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We'll confirm the return address and any next steps — please don't ship anything back before hearing from us, as return addresses vary by product type.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you and process your refund within 14 days.
